The Ford Edge has been a good vehicle for taking it back and forth to work. I have the black exterior with black vinyl seats. I like that I can sit up higher than a standard car, but yet it is smaller than a large SUV. At this time I am finding small things are starting to go out on the Edge. There is a grinding noise in the front passenger side, the air conditioning is not the best despite very rarely used in the years having the Edge. The size is overall perfect. We have a small 1 car tuck under garage and this vehicle fits in perfectly. We have room for our two dogs when we drop the back seats. They can sit and look out the window and have plenty of moving around space. The exterior is also holds up well to everyday minor things. I have hit the side view mirror and not a scratch eve... Story
Headed out to a renaissance festival that was 1 1/2 hours away. There were 6 of us and we laughed the entire way there and back.
Pros
Spacious. There is plenty of room for 5 people to sit comfortably. If we buy larger items they usually fit nicely through the back. Tinted window. The car seems to keep a bit cooler on hot days. I like the gas gauge and the readout that tells how many miles are left until empty. Electric seats that have a ton of different adjustable features. Electric key pad on the outside has come in handy
Cons
The truck is manual and heavy to open especially if my hands are full. Gas mileage could be better seats are vinyl and make for hot sitting in the summer. Turns are a bit wide The electronics are outdated. i.e...No blue tooth, OnStar etc...

I have only had my Ford for a few months but I have enjoyed it so far. I really love how each key has its own settings. When my boyfriend goes to drive he doesn't need to adjust the seats, he just uses his key and it automatically sets for him. The ride is really smooth and makes me feel safe while driving it. I have never had a car with heated seats, and let me tell you, I will never go back. They are wonderful for cold days. The black leather interior is not only stylish, but comfortable. I travel an hour to work everyday and it's always a nice drive. I often need to carry large boxes of supplies in my car for my job. I am able to fit them all in no problems. The back seat and trunk is spacious, making it easy to fit in everything I need. I absolutely love the backup camera. I am ver... (more)

I actually really like this vehicle because it seems to be the best for your money when looking at similar cars in this category. There is a lot of good qualities with this vehicle and a few snags. If you are looking for a affordable crossover with all the bells and whistles this car is it! Unfortunately, this vehicle only seats 5 but the back tailgate area has enough space to seat 5 people comfortably and all their stuff!
Story
I have traveled coast to coast in this vehicle with my family of 3 more than once!
Pros
What I love about this car is the Bluetooth stereo, leather interior, electric seats, and the control abilities from the steering wheel. Oh and I can't forget the heated seats!
Cons
Now what I am not a fan of. The worst thing that I had to deal with is that the heater has stopped working twice and because everything is controlled electrically all that Ford had to do was reset the computer which they did twice once per year for no charge. Also the car wouldn't start on days where the temperature was about 95 degrees or hotter. I don't remember what caused that but I did read that it was a very common issue with my car and Ford was able to fix it for about 160. Everything else seems to be above average with this vehicle.
